A graduate of the Fine Arts program at Kutztown University, Moyer has been awarded an Artist-in-Residence position at the Buffalo National River in Harrison, Arkansas for June 2000. His work is included in the President's collection at Kutztown University as well as in numerous private collections. Moyer received the prestigious Karen Anderson Award of Excellence in Fine Art from the faculty at Kutztown University.
