Preconstruction Consultants on Townsquare Project
Carlino Development Company wanted a destination spot appealing for the neighborhood as well as the public at large. The mall is located at the entrance to a newly developed complex of high-end housing. Our focus was to add elements that are indicative of a old world town square: sidewalks, benches, outdoor café tables, flower boxes and a functioning clock tower with hourly chiming bells. For visual continuity we designed architectural details for the whole front façade and signage specifications for the retailers.
